Procedure on Race Day
Check-in
Check-in at the Curling Club at least 1 hour prior to your race time. You will receive your T-shirt, race number, and timing chip. You’ll also be required to sign the waiver.
Pre-Race
Report to the Pool Marshal at least 30 minutes before your heat. There are waiting areas on the pool deck, but please stay clear of the active race area.
Bike Preparation
Ensure your bike is in proper working order before race day. This includes checking your brakes, seat, and handlebars—this is your responsibility to prevent issues on race day.
Helmet
Helmets are MANDATORY—they must be ANSI, SNELL, or CSA approved. Safety is key!
Race Waiver
You will be required to sign a race waiver when you receive your race packet.
No waiver, no race. It’s a requirement for participation.

Parking
Parking is available behind the Curling Club, Post Office, Court House, or along side streets. Overflow parking is west of the pool (as the bikes head south and the runners head east). Please avoid parking on the race route to prevent damage to your bike or vehicle.
Timing & Results
The race is chip timed, provided by STARTLINE TIMING for the most accurate results. You will receive your chip at check-in on race day. Be sure to follow the timing instructions and wear your chip at all times:

-
Swim: From the start until you exit the pool
-
Bike: From the edge of the pool to when you exit the bike and transition area
-
Run: From transition to the end of the race
Race results will be posted following the race at:
